Why Fukui Rice

The reason why Fukui has developed as an excellent rice-producing area is that it has all the necessary and essential conditions 
such as 
1. abundant and pure water sources from a branch of the Hakusan mountain range and the Kuzuryu river.
2. soil which was cultivated properly to produce the best crops.
3. the weather, which is distinct in all four seasons.

Thanks to the blessings of nature, even today producers are growing each grain of delicious Fukui rice with utmost care from the rice-planting to the harvest season. 
Once boiled, Fukui rice is palatable and separates when you put it in your mouth. Tender and delicate sweetness as well as umami will fill your mouth.
